For attorneys, animations offer several advantages in legal proceedings, such as clarity and better understanding, enhanced visualization, increased persuasiveness, objective presentation of evidence, improved communication with and for your expert and high engagement of jurors and or judges.
Forensic experts can use animations to explain complex scenarios, such as the sequence of events or cause-and-effect relationships, in a way that is accessible even to those without technical backgrounds. This can facilitate clearer communication between experts, attorneys, and the jury.
STEP 1 - CASE REVIEW: A consultation to discuss your case and review any data including reports, statements, photographs, videos or evidence to get a good understanding of your goals and timetable.
STEP 2 - ESTIMATING: We will develop a storyboard or shot list outlining the sequences to be shown in your animation along with a cost and time estimate.
STEP 3 - MODELING AND SCENE DEVELOPMENT: We will work with you and or your expert witness in creating the 3D models of the scene, people, vehicles or any other items to be show in the animation.
STEP 4 - ANIMATION AND RENDERING: Once the 3D models are approved, animating the sequence begins. A draft animation is scripted and sent out for review. Once approved, a high resolution rendering of the animation takes place for the final deliverable product.
The answer to this will vary significantly depending on several factors including the complexity of the case, the level of detail required, and the available data. All it takes is a quick conversation about your case and we can give you a good idea of how much time it will take.
